      Community of Practice - Small 'p' Project Management

      Nathan will discuss small ‘p’ project management and share his experience with how using PM tools and techniques for small projects leads to better outcomes. He will also discuss challenges that can emerge and encourage group discussion for how best to approach handling small ‘p’ projects.

      Nathan Lee leads big “P” and small “p” projects within IST’s Departmental and Campus Applications group. In this role he has built partnerships with a variety of stakeholders on campus. Before joining the University, Nathan was a manager at Grand River Hospital overlooking many kinds of application projects in the IT department. Nathan has a Master of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier, a certificate from the University of Toronto in Business Analysis and has his PMP designation.
