SAVY offers Community Yoga Class at 1 pm on Friday*. This Basic Yoga class has been structured for beginners. This class would include more of those physical yogic movements which most of the people would be able to do. Practical class of yoga postures, pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation etc at beginners' level. You do not have to be flexible, or have a focused mind, or be relaxed to do yoga.SAVY Yoga meets you where you are and gets you to where you want to be.People of every age can do and receive the benefits of Basic Yoga routines. These exercises also make you ready for getting deeper into yoga and meditation in a very subtle way.Under our Basic Yoga program, the classes we offer are: Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Sukshma (Subtle) Yoga, Deep Stretch (Restorative) Yoga classes Community Yoga And more... There is a suggested donation of $5 or more per class at the door to contribute to the community, but you are free to donate any/ no amount. Proceeds will be donated to charities.  Enjoy Yoga With Us and help your community grow!
