      JOIN US IN OUR LIGHT FILLED SPACE FOR AN HOUR OF MINDFUL MOVEMENT FOLLOWED BY A SOUL NOURISHING BRUNCH Join Bliss server and cook Stephanie Sintichakis, for a one-hour yoga class focussed on mindful movement and suitable for all levels. This class is meant to be a gentle re-introduction to your SELF. Movement in ways that FEEL good, and encouragement to adjust each posture as your body requests. This hour practice will awaken all of your senses and prepare you to take on the week ahead with greater confidence, clarity and will of course also get your appetite ready for a soul-nourishing brunch, made from scratch and completely plant-based and gluten-free :p Come to Bliss for practice starting at 8:30am. At 9:30am we'll close our practice. Roll up your mat, grab a tea, coffee, or super latte while you settle into a seat. Then order off our Sacred Sunday Brunch menu. Enjoy. More about the teacher:I started practising yoga in 2006 and as a way to deepen my own practice and learn more about my body, I completed my teacher training in 2014. During my training, I also found a love for the physical, mental, and spiritual challenges within my practice and discovered how those lessons affected my daily life. It is now my mission to show others what yoga can do for them and more importantly what they can do for themselves through yoga. I believe that just like a fingerprint there are no two practices alike and with that in mind, I aim to create an atmosphere of experimentation within my classes. This allows my students to do what feels best for their bodies and to find their version of full expression within poses. I aim to provide a practice where everything is organic and in tune with what the body is asking for in that moment.
